Rebuilt the docs IA around Thesis, Protocol, Markets, Oracle, and Coverage.
Added public thesis pages for why OmegaX exists, the design rules it follows, and the shared health-plan core.
Reframed the public story away from a narrow rewards loop and toward health-plan infrastructure, capital structure, and market formation.
Added new pages for capital instruments, health alpha, distribution, Web3 sequencing, oracle trust, AI and trusted execution, claims, and clinical interoperability.
Moved older paths such as How It Works, Program Spec, Health Capital Markets, Tokenomics, and Health Oracle App to redirect into the new structure.
Removed implementation rationale from the main sidebar while keeping it accessible as background reference.
