Medical DAO
Purpose of the DAO
OmegaX Health’s Medical DAO brings doctors, ethicists, and stakeholders together to shape the AI’s medical guidelines. Instead of a single entity or closed-door committee, protocol updates are governed by transparent on-chain proposals and votes.
Collective Oversight: Major changes to AI logic (e.g., adopting new hypertension guidelines) require a DAO vote.
Ethical & Clinical Input: Professionals and organizations with $OmegaX tokens ensure the system remains clinically sound and ethically responsible.
Zero-Knowledge Verification: The DAO can periodically verify the AI is following newly approved rules without disclosing patient data, thanks to ZK proofs.
DAO Mechanics
Proposal Creation
Stakeholders propose changes (e.g., “Update AI’s standard for Condition X”).
Token-Based Voting
$OmegaX token holders vote on proposals, weighted by their token stake (and possibly professional credentials).
On-Chain Execution
Accepted proposals update the AI’s on-chain parameters, ensuring no single party can unilaterally modify medical guidelines.
Auditable History
All proposals and votes are permanently recorded on Solana for transparent oversight.
DAO structure, voting mechanics, and token design are in ongoing development and may be refined over time.
ZK-Proofs for Privacy & Trust
Zero-Knowledge Basics
Privacy: ZK proofs allow the system to show it follows certain rules (e.g., CDC guidelines) without revealing the raw patient data.
Verification at Scale: Light Protocol handles the underlying ZK math to prove a compressed record is valid and intact.
Regulatory Application: A regulator can confirm “All recommendations for Condition X matched Protocol Y” without direct patient data exposure.
